12:13 < cdecker[m]> That can happen if the fees are prohibitive, in this case I'd say there's just one possible path with the given fees (likely some bottleneck close to sender or recipient). You can increase the fees your willing to pay to increase possible paths (default is 0.5% which for small payments is often dominated by the basefee accumulating )
