17:37 < ocb> hello. started reading about ln today. question related to watchtowers. can a channel that has no lightning transactions be breached, or is this only possible for channels that had multiple commitment transactions within the channel?

20:39 < ocb> i also have one misunderstanding. not sure if im doing something wrong. according to docs, listinvoices command accepts one argument (label, invstring, payment_hash, offer_id) when fetching invoices. calling the command with invoice label value as argument returns correct data, but with payment_hash returns no data.
