04:00 < lntests> by unfortunate circumstances i got my node's data directory (along with a whole disk) wiped with around 15 channels opened... after restoring from hsm_secret and emergency.recover only half of channels were closed and funds recovered, however many channels remain active days after the event

I am trying to use sendpay from the command line and keep getting "failcode": 16399, "failcodename": "WIRE_INCORRECT_OR_UNKNOWN_PAYMENT_DETAILS". My sendpay command passes the check command test. Any hints on how to diagnose this?
