17:02 < hnygfy> I have a lightning channel force close that had such a smol fee rate, that it fell out of my mempool and most others. It has been three weeks, and the status of the peer is AWAITING_UNILATERAL. Is there some way to get Core Lightning to RBF the tx, and if not, is there some way that I can use the cli to construct an RBF tx myself?
