12:41 < waxwing> belcher_, well combining is certainly not required - note also they could still be distinct scripts sharing the same codebase.
12:41 < waxwing> most duplication is removed now, but for example, both scripts share a lot of the same command line options, and the commonality i have in mind is mainly the use of a 'schedule' syntax, although nobody really uses it like that.

12:46 < waxwing> yeah. the idea of 'schedule' was just to make it as generic as possible. a single sendpayment run is seen as a schedule with a single entry.

12:47 < waxwing> in Qt, there are two sub-tabs, Single Join and Multi Join, and 'generate tumbler schedule' is an option inside the latter.
12:47 < waxwing> the user can also load a non-tumbler schedule and run that instead. in theory, nobody does that actually. i think.
12:49 < waxwing> it's also there on CLI, you can use -S option to sendpayment and run any arbitrary schedule, again, in theory, apart from at the start neither I nor I think anyone else has really bothered with it much.
