12:11 < lndbot> <tyzbit> chan_id (from what I understand) is the minimum information needed to advertise channels on specific chains.  channel_point is the channel opening on a specific blockchain, along with the index that belongs to you.  pubkeys are just identifiers for nodes that other nodes need to encrypt their traffic with in order for the given node to accept it.
