03:56 < TMA> nmz787__: the problems with burning wet wood can be easily avoided just by forcing more oxygen to the flame (a blower... for a fireplace where the fire is on the order of 20 to 20 cm (2/3 of a foot) big a hairdryer plus a pipe provides enough airflow, bigger fireplaces need more potent blower)
03:59 < TMA> nmz787__: the other thing is that the flame becomes really hot then, hot enough to smelt iron ore; moreover you'll burn through the fuel quuckly enough as to probably need a feeder (person or machine) to add more fresh fuel to the fireplace
