16:58 < docl> if AI risk is mainly singleton risk, I have a product idea for safety: compute that is exponentially scalable for milliseconds at a time, then has to shut down to cool/recharge. so the AI using it knows they have a short time window and won't get to hold on to the raw compute any longer than that and need to prioritize the threat response. you could have giant silos of tightly packed processors and
