14:25 < kanzure> there seems to be a recent resurgence of interest for that, but it's a hard area and lots of math so it requires study
14:25 < kanzure> brain emulation is particularly hard. we don't yet know the molecular basis of human memory or knowledge. and therefore it is hard to harvest that data and put it into a computer.
