kanzurere: skydiving column, makes sense to me. can have variable computer control of fan speed, use thermal imaging and rfid scanning of column occupants, have a few "offshoots" to open up and route the objects, push the objects into the "offshoots" using different air valves when an object has been correctly positioned. move everything up/down by computer control of fan at bottom of column, or vacum at top of column (w/e).09:45

kanzurestreety: nope17:01
kanzurestreety: you can focus on individual organ survival first (or cell survival before that), then work up to more organs, then whole body resistance17:01
streetyfair enough. Wouldn't that be the bottleneck in the process rather than the cage cleaning?17:03
kanzurethere are many bottlenecks17:03
streetyit just seems like you are attempting to over-optimize a step with marginal benefit17:04
kanzurepreparation of a mouse for cryopreservation can be done somewhat efficiently, like on an assembly line17:04
kanzureor you can just toss the mouse in17:05
streetyso can cage cleaning17:05
kanzurehuh? no, you can parallelize the cage cleaning.17:06
kanzureidea is to not bottleneck by number of interns you can hire17:07
streetythe cages would need to be changed more often than the experiment would be performed but a simple production line could handle a serious number of mice17:13
