23:18 < calvinalvin> The problem was that a single loop has a file open & close. So to *really* fix the problem you'd have to rework the logic to avoid those open & close every loop
23:19 < calvinalvin> I think we settled on "whatever let's just read a ton of blocks at once" thus the GetRawBlocksFromDisk function
