I would like to be able to use that to understand things about the implementation, but I am still not sure that/how I can. I was wondering if you, as the "creator", can get any useful insides from this.

08:31 < dergoegge> kouloumos: yes this is helpful! gives me a sense of which functions are worth optimizing.
08:31 < dergoegge> I will update the branch before you do mainnet because i changed some things that make it faster (specifically CommitInternal will be much faster)
08:31 < dergoegge> Also if you do mainnet, be aware that that will use a ton of disk space for the proofs (couple 100 GBs) and you need enough RAM (you should be safe if you have 10GB)
08:31 < dergoegge> If you want you can comment out the part where it writes the proofs to disk but the RAM usage will still be high
08:46 < kouloumos> ok i'll not be able to do mainnet 😅 but I'll initially provide an easy script and instructions for anyone wanting to do it on macOS and hopefully I'll have something for Linux at some point.
