03:51 < siv2r093008922> I am trying to find a way to build python bindings (using pybind11) during the Bitcoin Core's build process.
03:51 < siv2r093008922> I can see Bitcoin Core uses GNU Autotools to build its binaries, so I should probably try modifying the `configure.ac` file to create this binding. 
03:51 < siv2r093008922> Is there a way to use CMake (instead of Autotools) to create these bindings during the build process? Pybind11 has extensive documentation (https://pybind11.readthedocs.io/en/latest/compiling.html#building-with-cmake) on building the bindings using CMake so, I think it will be easier using CMake.

04:54 < laanwj> i'm sure it's easier in cmake, a lot of things are, but we don't use cmake :)
