02:46 < stickies-v> yesterday's discussion about shared_ptr bench performance led me to investigate it for https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/33078 too, but from that it seems to me getting rid of `kernel_BlockPointer` is still on the table, at least (added bench results to PR description)
