14:25 < dpc[m]> Other than this it seems to me that cargo vet is a bit underpowered, without WoT or any form of cryptographically signed identities etc. But maybe it's simpler because of that.

14:37 < dpc[m]> In contrast `cargo crev` is trying to mimic git workflow where creating package review is a bit like `git commit ...`. It will start text editor, and do quite a bit of validation etc.
14:40 < dpc[m]> And the learning curve is very git like as well. Once you understand it - it seems kind of handy. But for a newcomer there's a lot of new things to internalize, and just like in git - the easiest way to understand it is to actually understand what is going under the hood, because it does not abstract too well.
