Whenever I send SIGHUP to lightningd to ask it to reread the config file its bitcoin-cli dies and lightningd gets so upset about it that it decides to quit too: **BROKEN** lightningd: bitcoin-cli -rpcconnect=127.0.0.1 ... gettxout
