08:35 < m-schmoock> I though about having a third optional parameter to `decomission` being `[destination]` which can be a pubkey of a node supporting keysend in order to send out channel liquidity before closing channels. Once we have eltoo this would significantly reduce onchain fees when we are able to 100% drain a channel before closing.
