09:43 < andrewtoth_> I see in in libplugin-pay.h that struct payment has member struct short_channel_id *exclusions;. I don't see it used anywhere though. I was looking to add a way to exclude channels using the pay command similar to getroute in order to implement https://github.com/ElementsProject/lightning/issues/2529. Could I use this member for that or is it reserved for something else?
09:54 < cdecker[m]> Pretty sure that's being used internally (can't check currently afk) to exclude channels based on errors and their probed capacities. So if you just set it when initiating the payment it'll most likely be overridden. My suggestion is to implement a payment modifier, store the params in it and then initialize the exclusions from it for each partial payment
