06:56 < cdecker[m]> The address being reported is the address we connect to, and does not reflect the transport layer. Presumably we are connecting to IPv4 over Tor, by using a public exit node (this is what always-use-proxy does), so the peer doesn't see your address but rather the exit nodes IP.
