FDs >=3 are used to communicate with other parts of the system, specifically FD3 is the main connection to `lightningd` and is a bidirectional pipe used to receive and respond to commands from `lightningd`. We then also create new pipe FDs > 3 to talk directly to other subdaemons in the system, specifically `channeld`, `openingd`, etc. These are created in `hsmd`
