09:20 < jeremyrubin> there *is* a signet for CTV, it's just not active. I don't think anything is wrong with Regtest and I don't think you can observe a signet and see what/how people are going to use something in practice

09:20 < jeremyrubin> and Regtest is the easiest to work with since your tests can be deterministic and you can mint coins to yourself
