11:12 < Jazzlike> yeah thanks, --fast works. without fast it doesnt show any internal address at all, with --fast it works fine (and doesnt take 5 minutes to show) and indexes were 1000+ on internal addresses

12:47 < waxwing> Jazzlike96, yes; we shoudl really make fast default because of this kind of situation, but it's a little annoying because it doesn't work on its own to actually "sync from scratch" (as you had to do).
12:48 < waxwing> the internal thing probably isn't relevant, it's just that without the algo used in --fast it was probably failing on some gaps.

14:03 < waxwing> reminds me i did a "emergency recover all the private keys" script for a guy on reddit, i should publish it at some point. if a person has a *really* old wallet and/or can't access Bitcoin core there might be scenarios where nothing directly using joinmarket actually works.
