So purchaser of the ticket now could invalidate any prior commitment transaction. Alice could too because she obviously knows the secrets.
10:19 < VzxPLnHqr> However, what both Alice and the purchaser of the ticket are (probably) lacking is a signature that meets the work-lock criteria. Hence, the ticket purchaser might try a couple signatures. However, as soon as Alice sells (or releases publicly) the next commitment secret, then the purchaser is better off buying another ticket.
