The channel still exists and there is a change amount in `lncli listunspent`. Due to this orphaned UTXO neither the channel nor the change will ever confirm, and I think (but haven't confirmed)

I'd actually be interested in what the correct procedure is to do from now on, and how to fix it, considering it seems like a fundamental issue with using `--min-confs 0`, a low fee, and creating a channel right after closing a channel. I realise this is probably my mistake for
