In fact, RGB Schema is a language for programminc _cellular automata_.

04:24 < dr-orlovsky> Consequence 3: Since in Wolfram model we get arbitrary complex behaviour from evolving hypergraph with simple cellular-automata style evolution rules where quantum physics, relativistics etc emerges, than RGB Schema is capable of doing more than just a Turing-full programming system and (very theoretically, given enough computer power) can even model/define a new Universe with its own “physics”, not talking about simplier things.
