14:39 < lsneff> The latter. They were making trains that were essentially heavy trucks on rails. Much simpler than making a truck autonomous, more efficient, and can carry heavier loads.

14:41 < streety> interesting, are they focused on specific routes or hoping to be able to run anywhere?

14:44 < streety> no worries, as a startup presumably aiming to be disruptive I guess the ultimate vision is to be able to run anywhere with smaller scale test partners
