11:14 < gwillen> and on the third hand, if someone were already a little unhinged but not intolerably so, which describes plenty of people, I could absolutely believe something like this could make them snap

Yeah they may have a cap of half a million per case but if he really wanted to "ruin" the doctor he could've got enough individual cases together the doctor looses his insurance or is otherwise let go
