I was unfortunately involved in the initial formation of the rationalwiki cryonics page, which was a response to paul crowley's post about cryonics needing better criticism. it *totally* failed to even remotely meet that standard because rationalwiki was a snark club not a debate club. I came back years later and it contained a very clear misreading of

I decided not to wade in further. but then he starts making mendacious edits to cryonics wikipedia page. also, news orgs have written articles based on the wiki page since then so now they can cite them as reliable sources.
