Would be interesting to see your O2 data. 17:12 < L29Ah> no 18:02 < hprmbridge> Eli> A pulseox isn’t expensive and you can see if you have apnea, which a lot of men do. Apnea is a slow killer. You can download SnoreLab to record your snoring for free. That would be a cheap, if not 100% accurate way, to know if you’re choking to death every night. If your brain thinks you’re choking to death every night it’s going to jack up your performance during the day and wreck your body 18:06 < hprmbridge> Eli> I recently got my 02 fixed, and I went from hypertension to basically a BP of better than most Americans. A Dr would have put me on an ace inhibitor and that still wouldn’t have lowered my BP as much as proper sleep. I’m assuming it’s the O2 fixing as I’m not sure what other variables would have affected this as much and it occurred in the same time period. The results are so crazy I’m still 18:06 < hprmbridge> Eli> trying to rule out other variables 18:56 < hprmbridge> kanzure> text-to-SVG https://github.com/joanrod/star-vector 19:13 < fenn> "Normality is by definition mediocre; excellence is therefore both abnormal and an act of dissent, conscious or unconscious.
