I’m proposing a BIP draft for the FROST threshold signing protocol and am
seeking feedback from the community. The draft includes design details,
usage guidelines, security considerations, and a Python implementation
with test vectors.

Please note that key generation for FROST is not covered in this draft
and should be addressed using the methods described in:
