For example CBlockHeader::hashMerkleRoot (and CBlockIndex's) could be
replaced with a hash of the following struct:
struct hashRootStruct
{
uint256 hashMerkleRoot;
uint256 hashWitnessesRoot;
int32_t nHeight;
}
