(like bitcoins issues listed at </span><a href="https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues">https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues</a>). If more people have the same needs, they can &quot;chip in&quot; on that offer. Payments are made directly to developer <b>after</b> the issue has been resolved (no escrows involved).</div>
