23:43 < edouard[m]> Watchtower is not really aware of cosigners, and even if no cosigners I think that a spend tx must be stored on the coordinator when a vault unvaulting (It is an invariant, yes it do not assure that the spend will not be replaced by an other one but it gives the information that a spend was planned by managers)
