23:37 < Zeeshan> Since I'm returning the transactions that are CPFPed, is it okay if I assume that all the transactions given to `cpfp_package` are CPFPed? note that I'm checking the transactions passed via `should_cpfp`. If not then I'll have to change the return type of `cpfp_package` to return the transactions from `cpfp_package` (`txids` that are logged can be returned if this path is taken).
