07:57 < andrewtoth> One thing I don't have an elegant solution for is that the constructor needs to know to mutually exclude silent payment outputs and inputs spending from segwit version > 1. I believe the constructor does not necessarily know the scriptpubkey of inputs it adds, only the Updater does. But I suppose for PSBTv3 we can require the Constructor to have knowledge of input scriptpubkeys as well?
